Biography

Hailing from Spain, Hamid is one of the top European Marathoners on the scene today; ranking third over the 42.2km distance in 2020. Hamid who has shown great progression in the Marathon; and now at his best of 2:07:03 he sits firmly at the top of the European ranks and a serious perennial European Championships medalist contender and a serious threat to bring Spain its first Olympic Medal in the classic  event. 

Hamid, in between his training; is a student of many different subjects who continues to educate himself daily and strive to become more and more diverse in as many areas as he can be. Adding even more to his impressive personal resume; Hamid is fluent in Spanish, English and Arabic; and also now learning Chinese as well.
